Absolutely true, Social science is all bullshit. What have you proven? What are your laws the your subject rest upon? What have you discovered? What are your experiment? What are the consequences? Can it be written in maths? How dare you call yourself science without having the fundamentals of science?

Unfortunately, Locke’s “free and equal” theory, which later led to Jefferson’s inalienable rights, were also only pertaining to those who are white and male. But I suppose this was for the “common good”?

I am not sure from which context you pull this quote, as I don’t watch Fox News (I prefer to get my news from less biased sources, and no I don’t mean CNN or MSNBC). However, I do not see how you can possibly find any fault with President Obama recognizing the fact that laws are made for the people; they have a direct impact on individual’s lives. I can only assume that this statement is in reference to the appointment of judges. Judges are there to interpret laws and the Constitution. And yes, those interpretations should be empathetic in that, if they people’s lives must be taken into consideration. Otherwise, laws (and the Constitution in that case) are quite pointless.

So, yes, it is about OUTCOME, but the last I checked, empathy and justice are not mutually exclusive.

The greatest dream of any hacker is to hack the WORLD BANK!
Every hacker would give anything for the bragging rights!
The cyber savvy scepter in now passed officially to CHINA!
This is not good.
Our future, if this does not change, will put us having to learn Chinese,learn their methods, and do programing to their specifications. Soon there will be a Chinese equivalent of Microsoft and Intel and they will dictate the new standards and we will comply!
We will have no choice.
Maybe we should start learning Chinese now to prepare for the future.
How do you say “Please have mercy” in Chinese.
Or “please forgive us”, or “we are happy servents” or what they had the POW’s say “communism is a superior government”
My little blog entry will not get noticed just like no one noticed the Chinese space walk or their advanced fighters or their plans to be first on the moon. Soon all the nations will pull their money out of the US dollars and into the Chinese rhinimbi (yaun). Why?
They have no debt!
They are mining 500 tons of Gold every year!
All currency ends there, they make everything for everyone.
Remember the Titanic why did so many people die?
The ship was unsinkable!
The U.S. will always be number 1 we don’t have to try anymore.
Should we start looking for life rafts?

I’m descended through Jefferson P. Baze, Jr. There are several major errors in the above Baze genealogy and many minor ones too numerous to mention:

“Generation No. 1″ needs to be deleted entirely as it is presently written. It is completely erroneous. We do not know the given name for the father of Abednego Baze (b.ca1783/5, VA), thus we call him “Unknown Baze.” The use of “Abednego Baze, Sr.” is the result of an error early researchers made in confusing the unrelated Boaz family, who had an Abednego Boaz, Sr. & Jr., with our Baze family. (The Revolutionary War service is referring to the unrelated Abednego Boaz, Sr., b.1760.) We only know that Abednego’s father must have died by 1805, because his mother had remarried a David Walker by then.

Abednego’s mother’s name is Hannah. Her maiden name is unknown, thus we call her “Hannah Unknown.” (The Mary Ann Coons given as Abednego’s mother is actually the wife of Abednego’s youngest son, Joseph L. Baze!)

We do not know where in Virginia that Abednego was born. The county given, i.e., Buckingham Co., VA, is where the unrelated Abednego Boaz, Jr (b.1791) was born, and not where our Abednego Baze was born (absent coincidence).

Abednego Baze married Mary Shults (b.ca1790/2, KY or NC->TN) on 20 Jan 1806 in Adair Co., KY. She is the mother of all 14 of the known children of Abednego. Missing from the list of children above are John Baze (b.ca1812, KY), Doctor Peter Baze* (b.1820, TN) and Elizabeth Baze (b.ca1825, TN). The middle name of the daughter named “Sarah” is unknown; and Sarah’s birthyear should be ca1821 instead of ca1825 (the info for Sarah and Elizabeth are being mixed together as presently given). *Note that “Doctor” is a given name and not a medical title here.

Abednego did not have any children by his second wife Sarah Pinkley (b.ca1794, NC), whom he married in 1858.

From his gravestone, we known that Jefferson Peter Baze, Sr. was born 6 Mar 1816 (not 16 Mar 1815, i.e., a double error). And he was definitely born in Tennessee.

His son, Jefferson Peter Baze, Jr., died 10 Jan 1914 (not 01 Oct 1914, again a double error).

Note that Jefferson, Sr. has been identified as a carrier of a cancer-causing genetic mutation. See the Baze GenForum for more info.
